Master Richard Santiago is a 7th Dan black belt and has been an active ITF Taekwon-Do practitioner for 33 years. He has represented Puerto Rico in numerous tournaments and has been the champion in many of them. He is also an experienced ITF referee. He has actively participated in various seminars alongside pioneers of ITF Taekwon-Do, including the founder, General Choi Hong Hi. Known for his humility, Master Santiago has been an inspiration to many fellow instructors.
